Our week at Sundance Resort Hakone Gora was nothing short of exceptional, exceeding my high expectations in multiple areas. The spacious traditional Japanese family room was incredibly comfortable, featuring thoughtful amenities like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The dining experience was a highlight, with an impressive breakfast buffet that balanced delicious Japanese cuisine and continental options, all expertly served by the friendly and attentive staff. the onsen, with its natural hot spring water, provided a perfect retreat after long days of exploring, underscoring the resort's commitment to guest satisfaction.
